The project for the new Administrative Centre of Amiens aims to modernize public services and enhance the region’s appeal as part of the Amiénois Territorial Development Agreement. Located in the Gare – La Vallée development zone, this 20,000 m² city will bring together 18 state services, accommodating approximately 1,100 staff members across three adjoining buildings. The complex will also include a 900 m² inter-administrative restaurant and a daycare center with a 40 m² outdoor garden.
Designed as a low-carbon initiative, this 21st-century public service hub incorporates sustainable construction solutions such as wooden floors, wood/aluminum frames, efficient exterior insulation, and triple-glazed windows. The bioclimatic architecture maximizes natural light to reduce heating and cooling needs. Interior spaces are inspired by the concept of biophilia, integrating natural elements to create a more vibrant and soothing environment.

Le projet de la nouvelle Cité Administrative d’Amiens vise à moderniser les services publics et renforcer l’attractivité du territoire dans le cadre du contrat de développement territorial de l’Amiénois. Située dans la ZAC Gare – La Vallée, cette cité de 20.000 m² regroupera 18 services de l’État, soit environ 1.100 agents, répartis sur trois bâtiments attenants. Le complexe inclura également un restaurant inter-administratif de 900 m² et une crèche avec un jardin extérieur de 40 m².
Conçu pour être bas carbone, le projet de construction d’un pôle des services publics du XXIe siècle intègre des solutions constructives durables, comme des planchers en bois, des châssis bois/aluminium, une isolation extérieure performante et des menuiseries triple-vitrage. L’architecture bioclimatique optimise la lumière naturelle pour réduire les besoins en chauffage et climatisation. Les espaces intérieurs s’inspirent du concept de biophilie, intégrant des éléments naturels pour créer un environnement plus vivant et apaisant.
