Alain Moreau is a kind of Géo Trouvetou, he is above all the founder of Tof Théâtre, a company of puppet shows, and director of the cultural space Le Monty in Genappe. When architects Matthieu Delatte and Alessandro Pontara of the Karbon’ office encounter space, they find a tired building. But far from saying that everything has to be destroyed to start from scratch, they are managing to find solutions that match the subsidies that are coming in to renovate and expand the old cinema.
