In 2018, BPI Real Estate and IKO Real Estate decided to construct a wooden building on a scale never before built in Luxembourg. To build the Baloise headquarters, they called on the architectural firm ArtBuild Architects. The architects chose to showcase the wood in order to emphasise the feel-good factor of the material. They also took advantage of the site and location to create a place to live in the heart of nature. They have created a building that is transparent and very open.

En 2018, BPI Real Estate et IKO Real Estate ont décidé de construire un bâtiment en bois d’une envergure encore jamais construite au Luxembourg. Pour réaliser le siège de Baloise, ils ont fait appel au bureau d’architecture ArtBuild Architects. Les architectes ont pris le parti de montrer le bois afin d’accentuer le caractère bien-être du matériau. Par ailleurs, ils ont profité du site et de la localisation pour créer un lieu à vivre au cœur de la nature. Ils ont créé un bâtiment transparent et très ouvert.
