Winner of the be.exemplary award in 2019, the Jolly project was born during the Reine-Progrès sustainable neighbourhood contract. The objective was to transform a hollow tooth in Schaerbeek into 9 housing units. The building is part of the sustainability by the use of materials (here, CLT) but also in the accompaniment of the tenants by offering them quality housing and a real chance of reintegration concretized by the actions led by Habitat & Humanism and by the generous architecture of epoc architecture as the garden, the typologies of flats and the multipurpose room with its toy library.
